In mass production of watch buckles, the top priority is quality control. We will strictly formulate production plans based on the samples and additional requirements, carry out production in accordance with established processes, and ensure strict oversight at every stage.

Quality inspection
Dimensional Inspection: Key dimensions (such as the diameter of the buckle hole and the opening-closing angle) are measured using calipers and projectors to ensure compliance with drawing standards.
Performance Testing: Tests include buckle strength (repeated opening and closing for thousands of times without breakage), corrosion resistance (salt spray test), and coating adhesion (cross-cut test).
Appearance Inspection: The surface is checked for scratches, bubbles, color differences, and uniform texture to ensure aesthetic quality.
